For more than 50 years, the vacation real estate ecosystem, now valued at more than $1.5 trillion in the US alone, functioned almost entirely on paper. In-market professionals and visiting consumers were stuck communicating and conducting business in-person, by mail or by phone, and eventually, by fax. Software and the internet unlocked access to new and valuable information, but with this new digital flood of data, came additional work, additional time lost, and ultimately, additional uncertainty with so much to absorb. Our mission is to connect all the information, the people, the businesses, and the financials for vacation real estate and management in a convenient, simplified, and trustworthy place.

Ben is a resident of the Research Triangle in Raleigh NC, a father of three, and an all around awesome dude. He’s worked for industry leading companies like RedHat, Blackbaud, and BenefitFocus.

Born into a real estate and vacation property management family, Wes brings a deeply developed, identity-level knowledge of the vacation real estate and management environment. Wes is a resident of the SF Bay area, a multi-disciplined leader, a vacation rental industry advisor, and an obsessive assimilator of people and information.
